Return and Refund policy

Returns and Exchange:

Rishika Singh is a 100% hand-embroidered and handmade brand, please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items.

At Muskan Aggarwal, we do not have any return or exchange policy except if the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective. The client must notify us about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

In case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you, please reach out to us at the earliest. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Kindly write to us at officialmuskanaggarwal15@gmail.com for further assistance.
